Key Account Sales Executive

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the horticulture sector.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the horticulture industry.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiate preseason reserves with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Analyses sales data and market insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the company's market position in the horticulture sector.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns raised by key accounts promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and key accounts, ensuring clear and open communication at all times.
