Key Account Sales Executive

- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the horticulture sector.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the horticulture industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate preseason reserves with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyses sales data and market insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the company's market position in the horticulture sector.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns raised by key accounts promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Act as a liaison between the company and key accounts, ensuring clear and open communication at all times.
