Become a Seasonal Worker for us

Seasonal production workers are essential to our operations and we welcome reliable hard-workers to join a team of around 70 people. The welfare and happiness of our greenhouse workforce is very important to us, and we take great care to ensure your safety and comfort during your time as a member of the Quantil team. We often have workers from previous years return to work for us again.

What is the work like?

While at Quantil, you will have the opportunity to experience various roles, ensuring that each day is interesting. The roles include seed sowing, placing orders, harvesting plants and ensuring they have the correct labelling and packaging, and loading to send to the customer.

The work is physically demanding and requires a good level of fitness. A large amount of your day will be inside our greenhouses, where temperatures can, at times, be high. Your health and safety is our priority. As a responsible employer we are rigorously audited by Global GAP and the Red Tractor scheme each year. We have a very good Health & Safety record. We provide all personal protective equipment that you will need to do your job safely; give full inductions and thorough training to all employees; and during the working day you will have regular paid breaks and access to amenities and canteen facilities.
